Price of 1 1/2 carat (center stone) with channel set diamonds on the band, white gold engagement ring?
http://www.tiffany.com/expertise/engagement/engagement.aspx?style=novo&ring=novo#
See above for my inspiration...
Cushion cut stone - of a good color, cut and clarity.
Price meaning the cost of meaning how much a person would pay to buy this ring...
And a really good, if not flawless diamond - for the color and clarity. Bought at a reputible jeweler - not Tiffany, but not the flea market.
Answers that don't give me a price are not good answers. Please don't answer this question in if are not going to answer my question - with a price.
Oh, and $1000? Not quite. I don't know much about pricing of stones and jewelery, but I know that is WAY too cheap. Maybe if it was made with CZ...
At bluenile a similar setting in white gold would be about $650, and a high quality diamond would run you $12,000.
Diamond would be G color, VVS1 clarity and very good cut for 12k.
Here is the setting for $650 in 18k white gold.
Expect platinum to be more.

I bought online a loose diamond at www.uniondiamond.com, and found there prices to be very good. Then I had the diamond set at a jewelery store.
There you find a certified diamond you like for a good deal less.
